Every piece is made, signed, and numbered by hand for the person who orders it. Because of
that, all sales are final. These are the terms you agree to when you pay for an order in
the print shop.
Returns
No returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, wrong size, or the print looking different on a wall than on a screen.
This applies to prints, canvas, framed pieces, and books alike.
Please read the size and border notes on the product before you buy. If you are unsure, ask first and I will send a sample.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the piece and the packaging to film@michaelrotiroti.com within 7 days of delivery.
I will make you a replacement from the same edition number at no charge. Damage claims are the only exception to the no returns policy.
Send the photo before you throw the packaging out. A shot of the box or tube it
travelled in is what makes the claim straightforward, and it is the fastest way to
get a replacement moving.
Editions
Each size is its own numbered edition, capped at the stated number, sold in order, and never reprinted.
Editions shrink as the piece grows: ten at the smallest sizes, then seven, then five, and three of the largest.
At any one size the print, the canvas, and the framed piece all draw from that size’s edition.
Books are an open run. They do not sell out, they are not numbered, and they ship unsigned.
Every numbered piece ships with a signed certificate of authenticity noting its place in the edition.
Production and shipping
Everything is made to order and ships from Massachusetts in about 14 days. 4″ × 6″ prints ship free; everything else runs from $9 to $70 depending on the largest item in the order, shown at checkout before you pay.
Prints ship flat or rolled in a rigid tube, books in board mailers, canvas and framed pieces boxed and insured.
Prints arrive with a white paper border that varies by photograph. The paper is the size you select; full bleed is not offered.
Orders ship within the U.S. only. Local pickup around Boston’s North Shore can be arranged.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
Discount codes apply to the item price only and cannot be combined.
What happens to your name, email address, and shipping address after you pay is set out
in the privacy policy.
Questions before you buy
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know how a photograph will look at a
particular size before you commit to it, ask me. I would rather answer a question than
have a piece arrive as a surprise.

Every order comes through me, so there is no support queue to sit in. Include your order
number if you have one, and a photo if this is a damage claim.
